Events, Book Discussions/Signings

Please join us for upcoming events and book discussions.  An update about our next free presentation, “So You Want to Be a Writer: A Conversation With Two Authors,” featuring Karen and Linda Maria Frank, will be posted soon. Stay tuned!

Since my book launched in January 2011, I have had the pleasure of presenting book discussions to audiences all over Long Island. I especially love discussing my book with elementary school-age children and have had wonderful responses from students and teachers after visiting the following schools: Oceanside School #5 (third grade class); Oceanside School #4; Hicksville Lee Avenue Elementary School; Merrick Lakeside Elementary School; St. Raymond’s Elementary School; St. Francis of Assissi and St Mary’s Schools; (both in San Diego) and recently, at the St. William the Abbot School.

I also had the opportunity to speak at the well-known Huntington Book Revue to an audience of over 60 people, and at Chapter One Books in Oceanside last March.

Linda Frank  and I have visited The INN several times, a wonderful non-profit in Hempstead that feeds the hungry and provides shelter to the needy. We donate a portion of our book sale proceeds to this very worthy and much-needed organization.

We are available to do book talks/discussions and workshops for schools, libraries and various venues. Please call 516-764-8774 or email  kbonnet@optonline.net, if you are interested in a presentation.
